    Order Processing & Cancellation

    At VibeShock, we take extra care in preparing your trendy fashion pieces. Our processing time is 3-5 business days (longer than typical fast fashion sites) to ensure perfect packaging and quality control. During peak seasons (November-January), processing may extend to 5-7 business days. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] within 12 hours of purchase - after this period, your order enters our fulfillment system and cannot be canceled.


    Returns & Exchanges

    We want you to love your VibeShock styles! You have 21 days from delivery date to return unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached. For exchanges, we offer 30 days to accommodate our global fashionistas. Simply visit www.vibeshock.shop to initiate your return. Note: Swimwear, lingerie, and items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.


    Return Conditions

    To maintain our boutique quality standards, returns must: (1) Be in original condition with all tags (2) Show no signs of wear, perfume, or makeup (3) Include original packaging. Our quality team thoroughly inspects each return - items failing inspection will be returned to you at your expense within 14 business days with a detailed report.


    Refund Processing

    Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. This extended period allows for our detailed quality verification process. The refund amount excludes original shipping fees and return shipping costs. For credit card payments, please allow additional 3-5 banking days for the refund to reflect in your account.


    Shipping Responsibilities

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item). We strongly recommend using tracked shipping - VibeShock cannot be held responsible for lost return packages. For exchanges over $250, we provide prepaid return labels (cost will be deducted from your refund if unused).


    Damaged/Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/videos. We'll arrange free return shipping and either send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund including original shipping costs. This exception reflects our commitment to quality fashion.


    Special Circumstances

    Customized/personalized items cannot be returned. Holiday purchases (November 20 - December 31) enjoy an extended return window until January 31. VibeShock reserves the right to refuse returns from customers with excessive return rates (>50% of orders) or suspected fraudulent activity.
