Our shipping fees are structured as follows:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees. Unclaimed parcels will be subject to a $5 restocking fee plus a $10 return shipping charge. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering high-value fashion items.
We require signatures for all deliveries containing items over $100. Three delivery attempts will be made before items return to our facility. Reshipment fees apply ($15 domestic/$40 international). For security reasons, we cannot deliver to PO boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
